Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison has advanced its use of artificial intelligence (AI) with the inauguration of the Digital Intelligence Operations Center (DIOC).
Digital Intelligence Operations Center
This facility signifies the company’s commitment to using AI to provide better services to over 100 million customers in Indonesia. The AI-based operations center is a result of a collaboration between Indosat and Huawei. DIOC was inaugurated by Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison President Director and CEO Vikram Sinha, along with the management team, and Huawei Asia Pacific Region President Simon Lim, and his team on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
Providing Real-Time Insights to Enhance Network Performance
With the real-time network insights generated by DIOC, Indosat can transition from reactive problem-solving to proactive service management using real-time data. This will ultimately optimize network performance.
In addition to providing real-time insights, DIOC also offers end-to-end service management, including performance, application experience, and service quality, which can accelerate customer problem resolution.
DIOC is also capable of integrating data analysis and technology to support continuous data-driven innovation. This enables Indosat to develop new customer-focused products and services.
