The legendary Al Snow recently spoke with Steve Fall of NBC Sports Boston about his days in the Attitude era, and how he got into legitimate discussions with his most famous prop, Head. Snow states that if he were involved in the media scrums after today’s show, he would be constantly talking to Head and acting crazy. Highlights are below.

Says he’d go crazy doing media scrums in the Attitude era, especially with his props mannequin piece, Head:

“I would pretend I was completely and rightly insane. People don’t realize that I wore the head everywhere in those days. When I went out to dinner after shows, I took it to dinners, to restaurants, it sat on the other side of the table, I ordered dinner. We would argue and fight.”

Remembers the fight with Head in restaurants, fights that would make the staff and other customers uncomfortable:

Waitresses would then come forward: ‘Sir, you are making the other customers uncomfortable, they are leaving.’ ‘Well, they make us uncomfortable, how are we going to eat our food? She [Head] stomach upset, I paid for their dinner, please pack it, let’s go.’ Then I would take the second meal back and eat it later in the hotel.”
