Samoa Joe beats Josh Woods to retain the ROH Television Championship at tonight’s AEW Rampage

Tonight’s AEW Rampage from Albany was led by Samoa Joe taking on Josh Woods, with the Samoan Submission Machine Ring of Honor Television Championship on the line.

Woods put on a great show and had the champion hot on his heels for certain points of the matchup, but in the end Joe would get the upper hand and send Woods away with his signature Coquita Clutch submission finisher. This is Joe’s third successful defense since winning the Minor Suzuki title in April.
