“Hello everyone, sorry I’m not here anymore. I just got back from my little break. I’m here at the South Texas Spine & Joint Institute with Dr. kaiser. He’s the one who helped me find out I had a back injury. I will come here quite often. I have been treated by him for over four years, so he knows me very well. […] So I just had my first treatment. It takes six weeks to get started. I come here four times a week.”

How her back feels:

“I’ve been up all day, since about eight in the morning. I am doing my first session of physical therapy today. This is after six weeks of injuries. Not traveling has really made a huge difference.”
