Triple H recently joined LAD Bible TV to discuss all things pro wrestling, especially how The Game feels about the work ethic of famous wrestlers like Logan Paul and Bad Bunny, two guys who he says have proven themselves in the square circle. Highlights from the interview can be found below.
On how hard Logan Paul has worked since joining WWE:
“If you said to me, ‘Hey, there’s that guy Logan Paul, he wants to get involved in the wrestling world, he wants to get involved in WWE and he comes in and he has an attitude and he doesn’t want to get hurt and he doesn’t want to bumps and he wants it to be special and everything about him…” I don’t. When someone comes in who loves it, who is passionate about it, who trains for it… You don’t do what he did in the events he worked for us for, you don’t do what he did at WrestleMania without a lot of hard work and without a lot of effort.”
How Bad Bunny Worked Just as Hard:
“Same with Bad Bunny, this guy just… [won] artist of the year at the video music awards, he is arguably the biggest musical attraction in the world and he says, ‘Hey, when can I get back in the ring for you guys?’ If I told you he would do anything for us with Miz and everything at WrestleMania and have that moment… I was very honest with him, I thought ‘you’re going to have to work really hard for this’. He went to a house in Orlando just down the road, and he came to that performance center every day. He used to step into that ring every day and get kicked in the ass.
