WWE has filed a trademark related to their college athlete recruitment program, Next in Line.

On September 14, WWE trademarked the term “WWE RUSH” in reference to an upcoming program for their recruiting class. Here’s the description:

“Organizing and executing a program to improve the use of names, images and likenesses (NILs) of student athletes; organizing and conducting partnerships with student athletes for brand building, training, development, education, communication, promotion and community relationship services; entertainment services, namely, arranging and conducting a series of sports entertainment events, shown live and recorded for distribution; arranging and conducting of exhibitions and events for sports and entertainment purposes; entertainment services, namely, providing information and news relating to sports, entertainment and public interest, live and via broadcast media, including television and radio, and via the Internet or online commercial services; providing information in the fields of sports, entertainment and public interest via an online community portal; Providing a website in the field of sports, entertainment and general interest.”
